Team New Zealand beat Italy s Luna Rossa 7-3 to win their fourth America s Cup Wednesday and retain the world s oldest international sporting trophy in front of huge crowds in Auckland.
The defending champions claimed the single win they needed to seal the prestigious, best-of-13 yachting series with a 46-second victory in race 10 on Auckland s Waitemata Harbour.

Last night, Four Corners revealed a number of allegations against a self-described “BDSM master”, James Davis, recently charged with federal slavery and servitude offences by the Australian Federal Police in New South Wales.
The alleged offending occurred within the context of a polygamous BDSM lifestyle, with a number of young women allegedly pressured into sexual activity and subjected to physical violence by Davis and other men.
BDSM activities pose a number of unique challenge for police and prosecutors, who may not be aware of the distinction between consensual fun and abuse and other crimes under criminal law.
One of the authors here, Nadia David, has spent six years researching BDSM, consent and the criminal law, speaking with hundreds of people who engage in these activities to gain a better understanding for the community.

A San Antonio entrepreneur is selling his Dominion estate and an adjacent to-be-built mansion for a total of $12.2 million.
Roland Cisneros, owner of The Original Ice Factory in Leon Valley, placed the existing 12,000 square-foot home at 2 Admirals Way on the market for $5,695,000. He s also selling the property next door at 81 High Crescent for $6,500,000.

The Admirals Way abode is located across the street from Spurs great David Robinson s old home hence, the street name. Built in 2000, the gated hilltop house has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
